Dr. David Campt from The Dialogue Company will present a keynote "Unconscious Bias: Creating an Understanding that Works for Everyone."  This keynote is focused on helping dispute resolution professionals develop insights into implicit bias and systemic racism as first steps towards creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community.
